Hi! Thank you for your interest in working with me! I’d love to help you reach your nutrition and/or fitness goals. Here are the various services I offer: 

NUTRITION MEMBERSHIP

For those of you really wanting to make a change in your life, want something individualized, and the help from an expert to hold you accountable, this is the service for you. I specialize in body composition changes (fat loss, muscle gain, and recomposition), sports performance, gut health, and longevity.

Our first session is 30 minutes, and all follow-up sessions are 15-minutes.

The nutrition membership includes:

  • Personalized macronutrient (protein, carbs, and fat) and calorie recommendations (unless this is not right for you)
  • Portion size guidance
  • Unlimited text & email access to me, within reason 😉
  • Lab ordering + supplement recommendations (when appropriate, extra fee)
  • Nutrigenomic testing (how your genes affect your nutrition & fitness. extra fee)
  • Recipes & grocery lists
  • Restaurant meal selection with advanced notice (send me the menu and I’ll let you know what to order)
  • Articles on my Substack publication
  • 25% discount to supplements on my Fullscript dispensary
  • 3 month minimum commitment to changing your life together!

Tier 1: Weekly phone calls (with food journal review): $240/month

Tier 2: Two phone calls per month + text message check-ins (with food journal review) on the in-between weeks: $185/month

Tier 3: Two phone calls per month without additional check-ins: $125/month

Tier 4: One phone call per month + one text message check-in: $95/month

 
 
Changing your health and body composition is about more than just food. It’s also about fitness, stress, hydration, sleep, and how you change mentally. All of these aspects are covered in our sessions together.

SINGLE NUTRITION SESSION

This is a great a la carte option if you want a nutrition plan and occasional check-ins (when you decide you need one), but think you can be on your own most of the time.

Includes:

  • Personalized macronutrient (protein, carbs, and fat) and calorie recommendations (unless this is not right for you)
  • Recipes & grocery list ideas
  • Article access to my Substack publication
  • 25% discount to supplements on my Fullscript dispensary
  • Inbody body composition test for clients in Boulder, CO and Los Angeles, CA to determine body fat %, muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate.
  • No text and email access in between sessions, sorry!

Options:

  • 15 minute session: $53
  • 30 minute session: $95
  • 60 minute session: $185

If you want access to me in between these sessions, please sign up for the nutrition membership. If you only want macronutrient calculations and not all of the above, that is available for $35.

PRIVATE TRAINING

In-person or FaceTime private training includes all the workouts and coaching you would expect to reach your goals and nutrition guidance. Sessions can be 30 – 90 minutes in length.

Price: Available upon request.
Semi-private training is available as well.

REMOTE PROGRAMMING

You choose the number of workouts per week you’d like of personalized programming to help you reach your fitness goals based off of the equipment you have available. All programming is delivered in a shared google spreadsheet.

Options:

  • 3 workouts per week: $130/month
  • 5 workouts per week: $215/month 
  • If you prefer a different number per week, that can be arranged.
