Hi! Thank you for your interest in working with me! I’d love to help you reach your nutrition and/or fitness goals. Here are the various services I offer: 


For those of you really wanting to make a change in your life, want something individualized, and the help from an expert to hold you accountable, this is the service for you. Our first session is 30 minutes, and all follow-up sessions are 15-minutes. You’ll get:

  • Personalized macronutrient (protein, carbs, and fat) and calorie recommendations (unless this is not right for you)
  • 2 sessions per month
  • Personal email check-in between sessions (accountability is key!)
  • A basic meal plan, personalized to you
  • Recipes & grocery list ideas
  • In-person clients will receive a body composition test every 6 weeks
  • 3 month minimum commitment to changing your life together!
Changing your health and body composition is about more than just food. It’s also about fitness, stress, hydration, sleep, and how you change mentally. All of these aspects are covered in our sessions together.
Price: $125 / month

If you don’t want to track, but want to have an outline of what you should eat each day, this is the service for you! Based off your macronutrient recommendations, I’ll create a meal plan template to help you know what to eat each day. Please know that this is not detailed, and if you would like to see an example of what one looks like I am happy to send one to you! 

Price: $30



This is a one-off nutrition session in which I give you personalized macronutrient and calorie recommendations and a full nutrition discussion, where we can get into how to reach those goals and answer any questions you have. If in-person, this session includes the InBody body composition test to determine your body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, weight, and how much muscle mass and fat mass you have. This session is best for clients who are just starting to track their food and have questions, but don’t wish to have ongoing sessions. This session is 30 minutes. 

Price: $80



In-person or FaceTime private training includes all the workouts and coaching you would expect to reach your goals and nutrition guidance. Sessions can be 30 – 90 minutes in length.

Price: Available upon request.
Semi-private training is available as well.



5-days per week of personalized programming to help you reach your fitness goals based off of the equipment you have available. All programming is delivered in a shared google spreadsheet. Nutrition guidance and a meal plan template are included.
