THE FOOD & FITNESS CHALLENGE
I’m proud to say that the 28-day group Food & Fitness Challenge has transformed hundreds of lives! Take 28 days to cut out gluten, added sugar, artificial sweeteners, and alcohol from your diet, commit to 4 workouts per week, and set other bonus goals for hydration, sleep, supplements, and meditation. What you get? Personalized macronutrient recommendations, your body composition test (if in-person), group support, and daily guidance and motivation. Prizes for the winners. This is also a service offered to businesses and teams looking to get healthy together. The next challenge dates are TBD.
In-person or FaceTime private training includes all the workouts and coaching you would expect to reach your goals plus body composition tests (in-person), and nutrition guidance. Sessions can be 30 – 90 minutes in length.

Semi-private training is available as well.
5-days per week of personalized programming to help you reach your fitness goals based off of the equipment you have available. All programming is delivered in a shared google spreadsheet. Nutrition guidance and a meal plan template are included, but not the body composition test or separate nutrition sessions.
PRICE: $180 / 4 weeks
MEAL PLAN TEMPLATE
If you don’t want to track, but want to have an outline of what you should eat each day, this is the service for you! Based off your macronutrient recommendations, I’ll create a meal plan template to help you know what to eat each day. Please know that this is not detailed, and if you would like to see an example of what one looks like I am happy to send one to you!
BODY COMPOSITION ONLY
If you just want to know your body composition data with the InBody test, let’s do it! Find out your body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, weight, how much muscle mass and fat mass you have, and how your lean body mass is distributed throughout your body. This session takes about 7 minutes and you must be fasted and have not exercised for 3 hours prior. You should be hydrated. You cannot take this test if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker.
BODY COMP + PERSONALIZED MACROS & CALORIES
This includes the InBody body composition test to determine your body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, weight, how much muscle mass and fat mass you have, and how your lean body mass is distributed throughout your body. I will also give you personalized macronutrient and calorie recommendations based off your results and your goals. This is a good session for people who want their macro goals but know how to track and have a good understanding about nutrition already. There is not a lot of time for in depth questions or education (do the full nutrition session if you want that!). This session is 15 minutes.
REGULAR NUTRITION SESSIONS
Regular clients have weekly or bi-weekly meetings with me either in-person or over the phone. They can text or email me at any time with questions they have. I provide assistance in menu selection when going out, a meal plan template, and anything else that will help the client reach their goals. Body composition tests are included for Los Angeles based clients.

FULL NUTRITION SESSION
This is a one-off nutrition session that includes the InBody body composition test to determine your body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, weight, how much muscle mass and fat mass you have, and how your lean body mass is distributed throughout your body. I will also give you personalized macronutrient and calorie recommendations based off your results and your goals. In the full nutrition session we have time for a more complete nutrition discussion, where we can get into how to reach those goals and answer any questions you have. This session is best for clients who are just starting to track their food and have more questions to cover. This session is 30 minutes.
