  • Commitment of 4 sessions
  • (1) 30-minute initial nutrition session + body composition test if in Los Angeles
  • (3) 15-minute weekly follow-ups
  • Support via email or text available between sessions
  • Available in person / over the phone
  • After the initial month, rate is $140/month for (4) 15-minute follow-ups

$105/ per challenge ($90 for returning participants)

  • 28 days of no sugar, alcohol, artificial sweeteners, or gluten
